What Do They Mean To You?

The following information is being provided in order to give you a convenient location to comparison shop between different Kennel Clubs and Registries.

While reviewing each of these links be aware of the following in regards to the Kennel Club or Registry that you are reviewing and that your Bullmastiff may be registered with:

Each Kennel Club and Registry is different in regards to their Code of Ethics, Bylaws, and Constitutions. Not all Kennel Clubs and Registries have a defined Code of Ethics, Bylaws, and/or Constitution.
The Bullmastiff Standard represented in each Kennel Club or Registry will be different from each other. The difference will vary from slight to extreme or a Bullmastiff Standard may not exist at all for a particular Kennel Club or Registry.
Kennel Clubs and Registries do NOT in any way imply or guarantee that your puppy is of “quality” breeding.
Registration papers do NOT indicate in any way that your dog is of “show quality” or "breeding quality".
Registration papers do NOT in any way act as any type of contract between you, the breeder(s), or the Kennel Club or Registry.
Registration papers do NOT in any way guarantee that the dog you own is of good health or that your dog was bred from parents that have been tested for genetic disorders.
Registration papers will NOT entitle you to a refund of any amount from a breeder that sold you a defective Bullmastiff.
A "Purebred" is defined by the standards within a given Kennel Club or Registry. What may be defined as a "purebred" in one Kennel Club, may also be defined as a "mixed breed" in a different Kennel Club.
"Show quality" or "Breeding Quality" is defined by the standards within a given Kennel Club or Registry. What may be defined as "show quality" or "breed quality" in one Kennel Club, may also be defined as "pet quality" in a different Kennel Club.

The Bullmastiff Standard Definitions

The Bullmastiff Standard are those standards defined by the Kennel Club or Registry as to what that particular Kennel Club or Registry recognizes as a "Purebred", "Show Quality", and/or "Breeding Quality" Bullmastiff.

This site does not endorse the quality or legitimacy of any Kennel Club or Registry listed on this page. Nor does this site make any claim that any of the dogs represented on any of the following sites linked from this page are indeed purebred Bullmastiffs of any particular descent.

The Code of Ethics, Bylaws, and/or Constitutions are those terms defined by the Kennel Club in which they mandate the actions of the breeders that are members of their club.

This site does not endorse the quality or legitimacy of any Kennel Club or Registry or the individual members of either entity listed on this site.
