Privacy

All online purchases are mandated by PaySystems.com, Inc.  Click here to review their shopping security policies for online purchases.  Purchases will be made towards Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated.  Only information regarding the direct advertisement of your Kennel services will be posted in the Breeders Directory.   All other content will not be sold or distributed to third parties by Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated.

Bullmastiff Quality

Under no circumstances does BullmastiffInfo.org or Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated validate the quality of any dog, person, kennel, website, club, or breeding practice of any entity represented on this website.  The only requirement for being listed on this Breeders Directory is to pay the yearly fee when due.  No screening of the advertising entity is done whatsoever.   It is the ultimate responsibility of the Bullmastiff Seeker to fully interview and decide from whom they wish to purchase their Bullmastiff from.

Membership Fees

Upon enrollment, it may take up to seven (7) business days in order to process your enrollment online.  Your enrollment will not be processed until payment has been received.  Once your listing is posted, you will have 5 days from the day that your kennel is publicly posted in which to cancel your membership during that time.  After the 5 day trial, no changes may be made to your advertisement and no cancellations may be made until the next renewal period. 

To renew each year, simply return to the registration page and re-submit your kennel information and payment.  This will also be a good time for you to make any changes necessary to your listing. Please note that renewal reminders will no longer be submitted, so please mark your calendar as to when your renewal fee is due so that your ad remains online uninterrupted.

The fee plan is as follows:

$99.00 for one year membership listing.

Advertisement Layouts

Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated reserves the right to design all advertisement layouts per our discretion.   Advertisements are planned to have no more than one (1) Breeder listed on one page at one time in order to minimize download time for our viewers.  Breeder listings will be placed in alphabetical order per region under the main region listing.  Each listing will be allowed to have two (2) image representative of their kennel with each listing.  Each image will be sized approximately 200 pixels by 133 pixels for quicker download and ease of viewing for the reader.

Advertisements are only allowed to be updated during the time of registration and during the 5 day free trial period each year.  Advertisements will not be consistently changed any other time during the year.

Rejection of Advertisement Listing

Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated reserves the right to reject any applicant wishing to advertise on this website for any reason.  Rejection reasons may include but are not limited to: failure to pay fees on time, unsubstantiated credit disputes, and/or slanderization of this website or business.  Once an applicant is rejected, that applicant will never be allowed to post an advertisement on this website at any time for any reason in the future.

Liabilities

In no event shall Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated and/or BullmastiffInfo.org be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the Information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising there from or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the Information. Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated and/or BullmastiffInfo.org will not be responsible if any Information infects or contaminates a User's system or information. The entire risks as to the quality and performance of Directory and the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness, validity and quality of any Information is with the User.

In no event will Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated and/or BullmastiffInfo.org be liable to any party 1) For any direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information and the like), or any other damages arising in any way out of the availability, use, reliance on, or inability to use Directory or any Information, even if Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated and/or BullmastiffInfo.org shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise; or 2) for any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in, or destructive properties of any Information. Ahmylan Impressions, Incorporated and/or BullmastiffInfo.org retains the right, in his/its sole discretion, to refuse to list any breeders, club, or any other person or organization.
